* Appraisal-Receive the Appraisal Report for the property requested directly on your applicants MDS file. We now provide the Appraisal Management Services between Lenders and Appraisers.

New GSE's Regulation: MDS helps lenders to comply with the new GSE's regulation of "Home Valuation Code of Conduct" (HVCC). MDS provides lenders the opportunity to maintain their current relationship with their appraisers and also comply with the HVCC rule. * Title Search-Receive the Title Search Report for the property debts history directly on your applicants MDS file.

* Title Insurance-Receive your Title Insurance Policy coverage directly on your applicants MDS file.

* Flood Determinations-Receive your Flood Determination Reports directly on your applicants MDS file.

* Flood Insurance-Receive your Flood Insurance Policy directly on your applicants MDS file in the event the property is located on a flood zone.

* Flood Elevations Certificates-Receive your Flood Elevations Reports directly on your applicants MDS file. 

* Hazard Insurance-Receive your Hazard Insurance Policy directly on your applicants MDS file.

* Plot Plan-Receive your Plot Plan Report directly on your applicants MDS file which will confirm the correct and actual measurements of the property.
